Hello, I am Albatross, alternatively known as Alba. I have been practicing art for eight years, primarily focussing on character pieces featuring humans and Pokemon and personal designs.When I'm not making art, I'm usually playing one of two video games (RimWorld or The Binding of Isaac), reading one of five books, or pretending to know how to code.

I will not accept commissions for:
- NSFW content
- Kink/Fetishes
- Hateful content, such as racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.I will accept commissions for:
- Humans
- Ferals
- Anthros/Furries
- Pokemon
- "Minor" Gore (small amounts of blood, "fake" gore not resembling real gore/organs, candy gore, etc)
- Body HorrorThe following will require additional fees (see: Payments section):
- Mecha
- Complicated Designs
- "Major" Gore (large amounts of blood/wounds, visible organs, etc)- I reserve the right to reject any commission request for any reason; I do not have to provide a reason for rejection.
Ordering a Commission1. Contact me before payment; for ease of access my Discord is alber_tross, but contact through email or VGen is preferred.2. PM me your request. More info on what to send can be found below, but essentially a description of what you'd like + any visual aids.3. Once I've received your enquiry, I will send a message confirming the price and answering any questions you may have.4. Upon receiving payment, or confirmation that you are ok with the price, I will begin creating 1-3 rough sketches.5. Once these sketches are complete, you must send the agreed upon payment to continue.


Payment- Full payment before or upon the sketch's completion is preferred, but if you would prefer to pay half upfront as a down payment and half upon completion then please let me know. Note that I do not take half upfront half on completion through VGen.- Mecha characters, complicated designs, or large amounts of gore will come an additional fee - up to 50% of the original price, depending on the request.- Commissions that have a deadline of two weeks or lower will also come with an additional fee- Any major revisions such as changes to a character's pose, design, etc. may cost up to 25% of the original price (for more information see: Updates on your Commission).


Refunds & Cancellations- Total refunds are available up until the lineart + colour phase is completed. From then on you will only be refunded 50% of the amount paid.- Once the sketch phase is complete, you will not be able to refund down payments.- Completed or nearly completed (after rendering has started) commissions cannot be refunded.- I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason: if this happens, either a refund in accordance with these rules or a full refund will be granted, depending on the circumstances (i.e. consistent rude/abusive behaviour may incur a cancellation with partial refund).- If I cancel a commission due to my inability to complete it, a full refund will be given.


What to include in your commission request- A description of what you'd like - this can include poses, expressions, interactions between characters; the more descriptive, the better!- When requesting a commission of an original character: a visual reference for your character.- When requesting a commission for a custom design: a written description of what you are looking for. Visual aids are also highly recommended.- If you have any questions then feel free to ask them alongside or before your request.


Updates on your Commission- You will receive updates for:- Rough + Cleaned up sketch
- Completed lineart + colour
- Completed cell shading
- Completed Shading
- Final Rendering
- Finished picture- Minor revisions in the current phase do not require a fee, but a major revision for a past phase (for example, asking for a hairstyle change after the lineart + colour phase has been completed) may incur additional charges (see: Payment section).- It is highly recommended that any major revisions to poses, designs, clothing, etc. be made during the sketch phase, and revisions to colour be made in the lineart + colour phase.- If I make any errors with a character's design or any visual elements specified in the provided visual/written references, then these changes can be made with no additional cost within reason.- All phases asides from the finished picture will be heavily watermarked and presented as low-quality .JPEGs to prevent theft.


Approximate Timeframe- Commissions are estimated to take no more than 1-4 weeks - the main exception to this are illustrations, which can take 1-2 months depending on complexity + current workload.- If there are any delays in completing a commission you will be notified as soon as possible.- In the event that 60 days (3 months for an illustration) has passed and I have not completed your commission for any reason, you may ask for a full refund.Misc.- I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.- I reserve the right to post the finished product wherever I choose.- If you do not want me to post the finished product online or use it in my portfolio, please say so before completion.- All publicly shared pieces will be heavily watermarked to prevent theft.- You are permitted to use, print, or reupload the finished piece for personal use with proper credit. Linking any social media accounts I own is highly appreciated too.- You may not reproduce/use any finished pieces commercially, take credit for the piece nor remove any watermarks/signatures.

- I take payment through Paypal invoices, Ko-Fi, or VGen- All commissions, unless specified, come with a simple background- Commission dimensions will be, at minimum, 1000x1000px unless requested or specified otherwise- Feel free to contact me for a quote
